Hours: 35 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator / Merchandiser who is looking to further their career in a continually expanding home textiles business.
You will need to be a strong team player who is confident in sharing ideas and new ways of working to assist in the growth of the business.
Main duties will include:
Collating samples for meetings
Responsible for ensuring that these samples are recorded correctly on Critical Paths
Ensure that all quality aspects are followed through effectively and efficiently
Assisting the Merchandising team when required
Checking costs and margins to ensure that they remain workable
Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Merchandising Manager
Working to strict deadlines to ensure scheduled shipment dates are met
Complete exact details on excel and distribute to the relevant departments.
Key skills / knowledge / experience:
Essential to have worked in a similar role within textiles for at least 2 years
Experienced sales administrator
Experience of proof checking packaging will be an advantage
Strong eye for detail
Advanced user of excel
A passion for offering excellent customer service / support
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Full driving licence
