UK and Export Customer Services Representative

Purpose of the role:
To be responsible for the effective processing of all orders with the specific objective of ensuring the highest level of service to the customer.
Accountabilities:
•To be accountable for the sales order processing function on all orders
•To be accountable for the processing of all invoices and credit notes
•To be accountable for the effective liaison with UK and Export Sales Manager and Distributors
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for providing cover and support for 1 other Sales Administrator in Order Processing duties
•Liaison with Operations & Despatch Teams
•Arrange collection and shipment of export orders
•Processing of all credit notes
•Reception/telephonist cover
•Arranging stock reserves
•Arranging customer returns
•Entering customer complaints on system
•Processing credit card and website orders
•Carrying out other general office duties that may be required
At leas 2 years solid experience in a Customer Services role, ideally with Export Experience. Must have excellent telephone manner and administrative skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required, Sage experience preferred.

Glass Cutter/Stock Supervisor

Duties:
Take delivery of Laminated glass stock
•Cut glass to size using semi-auto glass cutter
•Take delivery and correctly store aluminium channels and door furniture
•Occasional use of milling machine to prepare door frames
•Undertake delivery and collections of certain stock items
•Pick daily stock requirements ready for fitters to take to site
•Maintain/clean glass cutting machine
•Maintain clean workshop (inside and out)
•Other occasional duties such as helping fitters on site
Requirements:
•Experience of cutting glass using semi-auto glass cutting machine
•Experience of manually hanlding large glass sheets
•Ability to manange workload with minimal supervison
•Ability to manage stock requirements
•Phsyically fit
•Flexible and adaptable approach to work
