Win a meal for four at new restaurant Cenetta

Our furry friend Ted has been out and about over the Christmas holidays visiting various places round the borough. But where has he stopped for a rest?

If you can tell us where he is you can win a meal for four and be one of the first to experience the new, refurbished restaurant Cenetta.

On the 11 January 2015 after many successful years - The Fallen Angels will close its doors for refurbishment. With a fresh look, new menus and contemporary style, a new restaurant will be born. This restaurant will be Cenetta. Simply put this means delicious dinner.

Chefs have created a menu to encapsulate the ideology 'La buona cucina rende allegri' - laughter is brightest where food is the best. They have embraced the idea of family and friends sharing good food, in a relaxed and friendly environment and used it to create Cenetta.

Cuisine will develop from the Fallen Angels legacy to be authentic Italian with some other Mediterranean influences. But the emphasis will be on sharing and interaction between the guest and the dishes they order.

The beautiful surrounds of the Fallen Angels will be enhanced and developed during the refurbishment. The reclaimed deconsecrated marbles and alter from the Carmelite Nuns Convent are being retained to ensure the grandeur and unique atmosphere of the venue is preserved.

Children are a huge focus of Italian family life so they will feel extra special when dining in Cenetta because they will be able to build their own pizzas at the table with toppings of their choice and decorate their own ice cream in much the same way.

Opening from Tuesday 10 February, visit Rochdale's newest arrival and toast the future success of what is certain to be a very special restaurant.
