The Pavilion, Birtle Brook Village, near Bury

This is part of the redevelopment of a derelict ‘brownfield’ site for over 55s housing. Great attention to detail has been applied in respect of the buildings and associated landscaping, and the use of traditional materials has been combined with a contemporary approach.
