Come along and talk to us about any concerns or praise you have about any of these local services: Care Homes Care in your own home NHS Hospital Services - Inpatient Care, Outpatient Care, Hospital Food, Midwifery care, Nursing Care. Community Healthcare - District Nurses, Physiotherapy, Community Midwifery, Podiatry, GP's, Opticians and Dentists.

We can also help you find information about the help and support that is available to you in the Borough of Rochdale, we can help with finding a GP or dentist, finding support groups for medical conditions or show you how to make a complaint about a health or social care service.

The session will also give you the opportunity to talk to us about what we do and our role in shaping and supporting Health and Social Care services in the Rochdale Borough and how you can be involved.
