Details:
Arm chair exercise classes are great for the elderly and also infirm.
They are great fun and gives people the chance to get out and meet new people.
This gentle form of exercise helps with stiffness and sore joints, its great for both body and mind.
This class is held every Tuesday from 1pm - 2pm
