In Heywood on Sunday 26/11/17 the Lancashire Veterans Association & the Aden Veterans Association will be co- hosting an afternoon of entertainment and Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance.
These are a way to celebrate both the 70th Wedding Anniversary of Her Majesty also, as she holds the title Duke of Lancaster, to celebrate Lancashire Day. Both events are open to all comers.
The entertainment will take place at The Heywood Public House from 13.30pm onwards and the Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance will take place at the Heywood Garden of Remembrance at 1.00pm.
