Red Lumb Walk with the leader Jenny S.
This is a friendly walking group who meet weekly on Wednesday afternoons, usually in Littleborough (Waterside pub at the back of train station) or Milnrow Park, for car share to the starts of fairly easy walks of 4-5 miles. See our programme of walks for further details.
The group was started 25 years ago by Betty Hurst after attending a meeting to encourage older people into walking. She's now nearing her 90th birthday and is still an active member.
