The Rochdale Ambition for Ageing Programme is a unique partnership of community based organisations, led by Kashmir Youth Project (KYP). The partners are CVS Rochdale, Bangladesh Association and Community Project, Demesne Community Centre and Meadowfields Community Centre.
Together, the partnership will aim to develop creative approaches to reducing social isolation for older people in the designated 3 wards in Rochdale; Central Rochdale, West Middleton and Firgrove/Smallbridge.
Older people will play a major role in the design of the programme and generate real and sustainable change in their communities by identifying local assets and choosing where investment should be made.
Entry fee: Free
