2021-2022 programme for our 127th season.

Tonight is "Worsley, Delph & Green Industrial Complex" - Development from Mediaeval Manor to its restoration in 2019, presented by Judith Atkinson.

Castleton Literary & Scientific Society are a long established society. Presenters have included authors, naturalists, local historians, film makers, engineers, scientists and travellers talking about their interests and passions.

Presentations are hosted at Castleton Community Centre at 7pm on Friday evenings, running from October to March, and usually last for an hour or so, followed by questions, tea and biscuits.

There is a large car park at the rear of the Community Centre, entrance on Keswick Street.

The annual membership fee is £20, however non-members are very welcome to attend with a pay-on-the-evening fee of £2 per person.
