Dad's Pop in and Play
This month's dad's pop in and play has a visit from Mitch. He will be bringing an assortment of drums for the children to play. There will also be the usual activities such as outdoor play, painting etc for male carers and their children aged 0-5 years.

Taking steps back to work
Castleton Sure Start Children’s Centre offering parents steps into work through a training and careers day on Thursday 25th March from 9am – 12noon.
Parents, carers, grandparents, aunties and uncles are invites along on the morning to find out more on jobs, courses and funding courtesy of Job Centre Plus. Job Centre Plus will be join by other agencies including Employment Links, Hopwood Hall College and the adult careers service – ‘Next Steps’.
This is a drop in session for any one wanting training or careers advice. The session is aimed at promoting economic wellbeing, specifically to support parents wanting to get back into employment and training and reduce the number of parents receiving workless benefits. Castleton Sure Start Children’s Centre offer a full timetable of events for families with children aged 0 – 5 throughout the week.
