The concert commences at 12.45pm and light lunches are served from 12 noon at reasonable prices.

The Festival runs annually and has classes for all areas of the Performing Arts.

The Festival is administered through the Rochdale Music Service on behalf of the Rochdale Schools Service. It consists of numerous classes both competitive and non-competitive, followed by one or two celebration concerts.
