The NLCE wind quartet will play a varied programme of music for wind instruments, including Mozart, Ravel (‘Mother Goose’), Moondog, Charlie Parker and the world première of the Wind Quintet, ‘MOODS’ by Rochdale composer, Graham Marshall. Beginning in a ‘Thoughtful’ state of mind the music goes on to find itself in a ‘Tearful’ situation before finally settling down to be ‘Playful’.

The NLCE is noted for performances that are sometimes ‘dramatised’, and always meticulously prepared. Not to be missed!
