The church officers are aware that many people are anxious about the church building following the fire on 22/12/2007, its present condition and the plans for restoration. However, Health & Safety regulations demand that no one can enter the site unsupervised and certainly not when work is in progress. In agreement with the main contractors the church will be ‘open’ on the first Saturday of each month when church officers and the contractor will be on site to offer supervised visits.
