To kick off the week, staff will have a stand at the Rochdale Exchange Shopping Centre on Yorkshire Street, Rochdale on Monday 20 June from 11am to 3pm. They will be providing information to people about the support available for people with learning disabilities in the borough.

From Tuesday 21 June to Friday 24 June there will be an exhibition of art and crafts created by people with learning disabilities at the Touchstones Museum on The Esplanade in Rochdale.

The staff will also be holding signing and fitness sessions with local partner organisations.

Finally, on Friday, June 24 there will be a celebration event at the service offices at Chichester Business Centre where partner organisations, people with learning disabilities and their families can enjoy a tombola, cakes and a book stall.

All the money raised from the event will for to the Friends of Parent Carers group which provides support for the parents and guardians of adults with learning disabilities.
