DETAILS:

Hamer Amateur Boxing Club & Community Fitness Centre are to provide five FREE Boxing sessions for young people from the age of 5 to 10.

The sessions will touch on basic boxing skills such as stance, guard, footwork, defence and punching technique.

The sessions will start on Monday July 25th to Friday July 29th from 11am to 12am.
The club will also get a visit from lightweight world champ Anthony Crolla.
