FREE workshop: Introduction to the Mind & Body Co-ordination system!
Experience the transformational arts of Mind & Body Co-ordination and Aikido, with a free invite to this 90 minute workshop.
The program will include:
- An introduction to Japanese style meditation.
- Makko Ho' - a 10 minute daily flexibility training routine.
- Mind-body warm up and co-ordination exercises.
- A demonstration of and an opportunity to experience the power of mind-body co-ordination first hand.
- Aikido techniques - an application of mind body co-ordination through martial practise.
