Nominations open for E3 Business Awards

Nominations for the 2016 E3 Business Awards are now open. There are sixteen separate award categories and entries are encouraged from small and medium sized business, entrepreneurs, charities and social enterprises throughout the North West.

The award categories for 2016 are:

  • New Business Start up of the Year 
  • Corporate Social Responsibility Award
  • Social Enterprise of the Year
  • Skills, Education & Training Award
  • Employer of the Year Award
  • Online Business of the Year
  • Young Entrepreneur of the Year
  • Outstanding Woman in Business
  • Green Business of the Year
  • Family Business of the Year
  • Professional Firm of the Year
  • Customer Service Award
  • Manufacturing Business of the Year
  • High Growth Business of the Year
  • International Business of the Year
  • Business of the Year

Last year’s event attracted a record number of nominations and he organisers hope to attract even more nominations this year and want to see greater representation on the part of women-led businesses and other groups that are sometimes under-represented.

Candidates can nominate themselves or they may be nominated by others. 

Applications should be submitted via the www.e3businessawards.co.uk website, which provides more details about the judging criteria for each category.

The awards ceremony will take place at the Macron Stadium in Bolton on Friday 3 June.
