Nathan Lewis, from Rochdale, has been appointed a director of Logic Wealth Planning in Heywood, taking on the role of compliance director.

Mr Lewis will focus on assisting Yianni Theodorou, Logic Wealth Planning’s managing director, to implement and enforce values, policies and procedures within the company, ensuring all aspects of the business operate in full compliance with the laws and regulations which govern the financial services industry, as well as upholding professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards.

In addition he will also deputise for Mr Theodorou in his absence in all operational aspects of the company.

Commenting on Mr Lewis’ new role, Mr Theodorou said: “With his extensive and very impressive experience within financial services, this is an ideal role for Nathan since he has close detailed operational knowledge of the way the business operates.

“This position is a clear commitment to us ensuring that all our processes and procedures uphold the vital requirements of the industry, and it will make certain that we are treating our customers fairly and professionally.

“ I’m confident that the business will benefit hugely from Nathan’s knowledge and I look forward to continuing to work closely with him going forward.”
