Zen recognised as Which? Recommended Provider

Date published: 25 March 2019

Rochdale based Zen Internet has again been named a Recommended Provider by Which? in its latest broadband survey of the UK’s internet service providers.

Richard Tang, Zen’s Founder and Chairman, said: “We’re delighted to be recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider once again. We know that customers want a service that’s fast, reliable, and supported by experts that genuinely care. The people-first culture that we have built at Zen ensures our customers get an award-winning service that has consistently been voted the UK’s best.”

Continuing to ensure that it provides the leading services, technical support and reliability it’s known for, Zen recently launched an industry-first lifetime price guarantee. As long as a customer stays with Zen, they promise there will be no price rises, taking aim at the practices of the ‘big four’.

Tang continued: “Unfortunately, the UK broadband industry is notorious for awful customer service, mid-contract price hikes, and poor value for money. Too many providers in this industry put short-term profit ahead of the customer, but at Zen we continually work to ensure that consumer happiness comes first and to reward the loyalty of our existing customers.”
