Awards delight for Sysop team

Michelle Major-Goldsmith, Head of Training at Sysop, has been recognised with a medal in the ‘IT Support Professional of the Year’ category at the BCS IT Industry Awards presentation.

Ms Major-Goldsmith made it, first of all, to the final ten, before receiving the medal at a presentation at the Battersea Events Arena.

Over 200 entrants were evaluated by the judges many of whom attended a gruelling interview at the Madjeski Stadium in Reading. However, Ms Major-Goldsmith was on a Sysop assignment in the USA on that particular day and was put through her paces by telephone interview.

In the same week Andy Wright from Sysop was a finalist in the itSMF "IT Trainer of the Year" category at the itSMF Awards Dinner in Hammersmith.

Managing Director of Sysop, Stuart Sawle, said: “Congratulations to both Andy and Michelle - who selflessly demonstrate the Sysop quality ethic in all that they do.”
