Zen Internet is Which? Recommended Broadband Provider for the seventeenth time

Date published: 20 March 2014

Zen Internet has received Which? Recommended Broadband Provider status for the seventeenth consecutive time.

Zen’s Recommended Broadband Provider status revealed five stars for accuracy and clarity of bills, reliability, speed, ease of set-up and customer service, topping the table with a score of 87%, giving it the highest score in the whole Broadband survey. This makes its Recommended Broadband Provider status its seventeenth Which? endorsement.

“With the highest customer score (87%) in our whole broadband survey, Zen Internet truly deserves its Recommended Provider status. An incredible nine in 10 Zen customers told us they were satisfied with the service they receive and the company received excellent ratings for the speed and reliability of its network and the customer service it provides,” said Which?

Zen has once again maintained its Recommended Broadband Provider status with the help of excellent feedback from its customers, even though Which? has changed its research methodology, opening up the survey to members of the public and not just Which? readers.

Zen has also been highly rated by Which? in its Broadband and Phone survey with four stars for clarity of bills, reliability, ease of contacting the ISP, technical service and customer support. With an overall score of 67%.

“On behalf of all our dedicated, hardworking and highly knowledgeable colleagues at Zen, who deliver and support our broadband products. I would like to say to our customers thank you for choosing and recommending Zen. It is very rewarding for all of us at Zen to receive Which? Recommended Broadband Provider seventeen times in a row – there is no better endorsement than the loyalty of our customers,” said James Griffin, Head of Product Management and Marketing.

“Zen has invested heavily in its network, services and its people to ensure that it leads from the front and we are delighted that our broadband service continues to be rated as one of the best. Zen has an award winning reputation for customer service, support and reliability and consistently demonstrates a commitment to providing the best ISP service in the UK,” added James.
