Delegation of Chinese information specialists with Stuart Sawle at SYSOP
A delegation of Chinese information specialists visited Sysop last week on a two day fact finding mission.
Their objective was to find out more about IT service management best practice, its aims, objectives and benefits.
Sysop was chosen for the visit because of its reputation as leading experts in IT Service Management with almost 30 years of helping customers to improve their IT services.
Stuart Sawle from Sysop said: “It was a really good visit. The students were full of praise for it and that was exemplified by the delegation leader.”
At the end of their two-day visit to Sysop the delegation leader, Guo Jianbing, presented Stuart and Janice Sawle with a Chinese miniature ornamental ceramic screen.
Mr Jianbing thanked Sysop for a "thought-provoking and informative briefing" praising the quality and skills of the Sysop training team led by Mr Sawle.
