Next Generation Gymophobics

Gymophobics ladies only gym has recently welcomed its youngest members through the doors. Gym Instructors Lois Darlington and Catherine Farrar recently gave birth to baby girls within 8 weeks of each other.

Both Ms Darlington and Ms Farrar have worked at Gymophobics since it opened in 2005. Ms Farrar was the first to have baby ‘Grace’ in November and then Ms Darlington had ‘Lexie’ in January.

Owner Manager Michelle Evans said: “The rest of us were a bit worried there was something in the water when they both announced they were pregnant but thankfully it stopped at the two of them!

"Our motto is No Men, No Mirrors, No Lycra because we are a ladies only gym. So, it’s a good job both babies turned out to be girls!”
