British Millerain buy Broadshaw Farm

British Millerain have bought the listed building "Broadshaw Farm" on the Kingsway Business Park site. The building is to be converted to office accommodation, and British Millerain will be employing 20 people there.

Asked to comment, Rochdale Development Agency appear still not to have learnt the lessons from the PR disaster they presided over a couple of weeks ago when news broke of the De Vere Hotel deal falling through. This time though it is good news they are relcutant to talk about, in answers to enquiries saying only: "there will be a press release by the end of the week"!
