Hornets Ladies partner with Ladies Only Ltd

Newly formed Rochdale Hornets Ladies have proudly partnered up with Ladies Only Ltd in a bid to get on top of their game.
Hornets Ladies, who are now midway through their first season, are taking up the offer of gym memberships in a bid to improve their strength and conditioning and pick up tips on how to improve their diet and lifestyle options as they strive to improve their performance on the pitch.
Rochdale Hornets Ladies player Keeley Ramsbottom comments: “Ladies Only Ltd give useful advice and know exactly how to motivate me. Each week I am gaining in confidence and surprising myself with my improvements. I love the squat challenges.”
Rochdale Hornets Community Manager Terri Davey commented: “The players attending Ladies Only Ltd are enjoying the sessions whilst improving their fitness.”
