Notice of an EGM of Rochdale Hornets Rugby Football League Club Society Limited

Notice is hereby given of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Rochdale Hornets Rugby Football League Club Society Limited.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday 17 December 2014, Spotland Stadium Main Lounge. The bar will be open from 6pm with the meeting starting at 6.30pm.

All members are invited to attend.

The purpose of the meeting is as follows:

1. To inform members as to the up-to-date position with regard to matters concerning Denehurst Park (Rochdale) Limited [the Stadium Company] and to canvas their views in conjunction with the Board of Directors as to the way forward.

A full discussion paper will be emailed to members in due course and be available in hard copy by request week coomencing 10 December.

Members of the company entitled to attend and vote at the meeting are entitled to appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote on a poll in their stead.

To be valid, proxies must be lodged at the registered office of the company no later than 48 hours prior to the time appointed for the meeting.
