AGM Notice

The Rochdale Hornets Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 25 March at Spotland Stadium, Rochdale, from 6.30pm.

The accounts from the 2013/2014 financial year will be circulated ahead of the meeting and reports from the Chief Executive and the clubs elected board will take place.

There will also be discussion surrounding a change to the clubs rules, as adoption of a new set of rules is required to meet new legislation put in place for supporter owned clubs.

Following on from the meeting, members of the first team squad will be available for a question and answer session and there will be an update on the clubs off-field activities, including the move to a single smart card system to cover all club functions.

All 2014 members are welcome to attend and membership renewals will be processed on the evening.

A renewal pack will be sent out with the AGM papers next week and an online renewal system will be up and running as well for all members that pay in full.

Direct Debit payers will automatically renew once there March payment is received.
