Against the Wall Vinyl Stickers, a relatively new business in Rochdale, is using the Rochdale Online Department Store to sell personalised items online.

Against the Wall Vinyl Stickers designs, prints and distributes bespoke vinyl wall stickers.

Jenny Hodgkiss from Against the Wall Vinyl Stickers said: “Business is definitely getting better and it is nice to be associated with Rochdale Online and such a popular website.”

Against the Wall Vinyl Stickers currently has a number of personalised items listed in the Rochdale Online Department Store including a variety of vinyl stickers and gift bags.

As well as selling to members of the public, Against the Wall Vinyl Stickers also sells to businesses.

Jenny said: “It is nice to be able to sell to businesses as well as members of the public and it is nice to have that variety of customer.”

Jenny has decided to use the store to sell personalised items as she believes that these are the type of items the public want.

Jenny added: “I have gone for the more personalised side of my business because I think people like having that option these days. I think they like being able to make things a little more personalised and that is something we do.”

After signing up to the Rochdale Online Department Store, Jenny has had orders and is seeing the benefit of being part of Rochdale Online.

“Rochdale Online is a well known website and is a site that I was aware of before I signed up so it is nice to be associated with that. It is something I am pleased I got involved,” said Jenny.

The Rochdale Online Department Store was launched just over two months ago and currently has over 35 local retailers using the site with products being bought not just by locals but also customers from all across the country.

The store has been supported by Rochdale Council, Rochdale MP Simon Danczuk and David Wood, the Chief Executive Officer of the Marty Portas brand.
