Littleborough Business Centre - a one stop shop for local businesses

Date published: 18 September 2014

Littleborough Business Centre is the brainchild of two local businesswomen, Karen Simpson and Heather Wild who realised that as their own very successful accountancy firm, Versatile Accountancy Services, was growing, there was a shortage of additional office facilities in the Littleborough area.

When talking to other business owners in Littleborough and surrounding areas it soon became apparent that they were not alone in their need for the occasional meeting room, convenient training facility and somewhere to work undisturbed.

From this Littleborough Business Centre was born. It offers a straight forward one stop business shop providing new, comfortable, functional and conveniently positioned, disabled access facilities for anyone who needs to work either on their own, with colleagues, hold meetings or arrange training or sales conferences and networking events.

Littleborough Business Centre is becoming a hub for business where a network of like minded businesses are able to work together, helping each other and ultimately developing their businesses through the contacts they make through the centre's client base.

As an example of Littleborough Business Centre being a business hub, Lines Henry Insolvency Practitioners, Cheshire, have opened an office at Littleborough Business Centre which will enable them to provide specialist advice to individuals and companies experiencing financial distress.

Lines Henry established over 20 years ago, hope the venture will provide a useful facility for the local community who until now had to look outside the area for the knowledge and expertise on offer.

Neil Henry, Director, said: “Littleborough Business Centre represents an important step for start-up businesses that need premises to trade from with associated back office support to help them grow. Our arrival in the area is aimed at ensuring today's employers remain in business, protecting local jobs. We're now on hand to provide the support necessary to ensure that local businesses of all sizes can overcome the business challenges they face. We have been working hard recently to develop relationships in the local business community and will be continuing with these efforts over the coming months and years”.

Anybody in need of specialist debt advice can contact Lines Henry on 01706 540 329 to arrange a no obligation, fee free, initial consultation with an expert advisor.
