Falinge Family Fun Day
Date published: 13 August 2016
Families joined together in the sunshine in Falinge Park on Saturday to enjoy a special Family Fun Day organised by Hebron Church.
The free event included everything from five-aside football and face painting, to a barbeque and live music.
Crews from Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service attended, and children enjoyed a go behind the wheel of their fire engines.
Mum Celine O’Connor said: “They should have more like this in Rochdale, everyone’s chilled out and having a really good time and it’s nice to see.
“My little boy thought it was brilliant, he’s been running around all day with his face painted.”
