Louie Hughes is the happy owner of a new iPad thanks to winning a competition run by Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) as part of its Hallowe’en and bonfire campaign.
Louie, 12, who attends Hollingworth Academy, was one of 400 young people to enter the competition, which included entrants answering a safety question.
GMFRS Community Safety Advisor Rod Holmes visited Louie at his school on Wednesday to present him with his winning prize.
