Seven-year-old Jack James shares his favourite parts of Rochdale

Date published: 22 February 2017

As part of seven-year-old Jack James' homework he had to write about Rochdale and his favourite parts of the town.

Jack, who is in year three at St Gabriel’s RC Primary, Castleton, said the thing he would change would be the weather to be 'sunshine every day'.

Jack said: "My favourite part of my work was drawing the seven sisters and researching Colin Baker.”

Mum Elise Mitchell said: “Jack loves Doctor Who and wanted to share his homework 'all about Rochdale, its attractions and famous people' with Rochdale Online readers.”

Jack found out about the population, famous Rochdale people and some of our famous buildings.

Jack also said 'his family are the best part of the town'.
