Local firms sponsoring the event included Specsavers, Lords of Middleton, The Lancashire Fold, S. Wellens & Sons and Sysop.
Sue Furby, Middleton Rotary Club said: “Without support from local firms and people, we would not be able to raise much needed funds for local charities.
“It was brilliant to see the room so full on the night; there certainly was a great atmosphere as people cheered on their horses.,
“Also, thank you to the staff of the Norton Grange for excellent service, tasty pie supper and a brilliant venue, and to Rotarian Lee Wolf for the superb presentation.”
The winning owners were presented with a bottle of wine in the Winner’s Enclosure.
