Pupils Decorate the Milnrow Community Tree
To acknowledge Year 7s First Art achievement at Hollingworth Academy, they decided to decorate the Community Tree in Milnrow with birds inspired by the artist, Mark Hearld.
Ruth Hopton, Design and Print manager said: “The pupils had to learn how to use a wide range of materials and techniques including wax resist, wallpaper and poly-block print, newspaper collage, acrylic, watercolour paint and ballpoint pen.”
