NADRA Surgery in Castlemere Community Centre

Date published: 18 December 2017

The NADRA (National Database Regulatory Authority) team held a surgery at the Castlemere Community Centre on Saturday and dealt with 80 applications.

The surgeries have been held in Rochdale for the last ten years and serve the local Pakistani and Kashmiri communities, including disabled people, older people, single parents, people who suffer from long illnesses, diabetics, etc. who would struggle to attend the NADRA Team in Manchester.

Ghulam Rasul Shahzad OBE, chairman of the centre, said: " The Pakistani and Kashmiri communities are thankful to all members of the NADRA Team and the Consul General of Pakistan for their continued support and easing the inconvenience and hardship in travelling to and from Manchester.

“This is a valuable contribution and service and all members of the community are thankful to them."
