Members of a local dojo have raised over £360 for Cancer Research with a charity bag pack.

Students of Kaizen-Do helped pack bags between 10am and 4pm on Saturday at the Sudden Tesco, raising a total of £361.61 for Cancer Research.

Sensei Dervish, the Chief Instructor of Kaizen-Do Karate, was very pleased with how the students conducted themselves.

He said: “We teach respect and good manners from day one and it was excellent to see our students showing these lifeskills when we were away from the academy.”
