Rochdale Mind celebrates the royal wedding
Rochdale Mind is celebrating the royal wedding with a shop windown display.
Steven Cropper from Rochdale’s at Mind Charity Shop said: “We’ve done a window display for the royal wedding as Prince Harry has connections with our charity ‘Mind Mental Health’.
“We also want to send them our congratulations on their wedding.”
Rochdale Mind is also promoting Mental Health Awareness Week 2018.
Rochdale Mind says ‘It’s a great time to think about our Mental Health.
‘Over 120 new clients contact us for help every month.
‘Over 90% of our service users have recorded an improvement in their wellbeing (as measured WEMWBS) by accessing our services
‘Since January 2017 76% of our clients (from a sample of 463) reported being less socially isolated.
‘30.4% reported being less dependent on medication and 40.2% felt more in control of their mental health issues.’
