Rochdale eateries and food shops in food and drink festival

The 2007 Manchester Food and Drink Festival will be the landmark tenth year of this nationally established event, and the organisers expect a festival that is bigger, better and more creative than ever before.

This year Rochdale eateries and food shops, including Nutter's Restaurant and the new Heroes Delicatessen in Norden, will be taking part in the festival as a taster before Rochdale stages its first full Rochdale Food amp; Drink Festival in 2008.

The Manchester Food and Drink Festival is the largest event of it's kind in the UK, encompassing the whole of Greater Manchester - the organisers expect events and offers in hundreds of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as outdoor events across the region.

The Festival is dedicated to Antony Wilson - Mr Wilson was a friend of the Manchester Food and Drink Festival from the start and host of the Gala Dinner and Awards on two occasions.
