Primary schools team up for charity singalong

Three Rochdale primary schools have teamed up to help spread some festive cheer and raise money for specialist paediatric equipment for the Children's Unit at Rochdale Infirmary.

Children's charity MedEquip4Kids is hosting a Christmas carol concert at Milnrow Parish Church on Thursday (4 December), featuring performances from Milnrow Parish School, Newhey Community Primary School and Crossgates Primary School.

A spokesperson for the charity said: "The new equipment will ensure children receive the best possible care when sick or injured."

The concert starts at 7.30pm with tickets £3 per adult and £2 per child, available on the door or by calling the MedEquip4Kids Appeals Office on 0161 798 1600. There will be refreshments on the night and a raffle.
