Mega Mela fun at Springfield Park

Rochdale’s 12th annual Mega Mela took place in Springfield Park on Friday 7 and Saturday 8 July and as in previous years, the event provided fun for all the family.

Performances on the huge main stage provided entertainment throughout both days, whilst visitors could also enjoy a range of activities and crafts and eat a range of Asian and Western food. There was also an array of stalls where visitors could buy fashion items and jewellery.

Saturday provided the main day of entertainment with bands on stage right through to the 8pm finish with everyone in the crowd finding something to enjoy on stage.

Thrill-seeking guests were able to experience the white-knuckle rides of the funfair, whilst young children were able to have some fun on the inflatable slide and adventure playground.
