Rochdale Childcare Information Service wins two ‘Customer Service Awards’

Two Rochdale Council services have won prestigious ‘Customer Service Awards’ for their exceptional level of customer service.

Rochdale Childcare Information & Recruitment Service and the Childcare Co-ordinator Service were presented with the awards in recognition of providing an exceptional level of customer service and being complimented by customers. 

The awards were presented to the individual team members during National Customer Service Week on 5 October at Rochdale Town Hall.

The teams were nominated for their award by CIRS Manager Shirley Harrison; who said

“Both teams provide a very valuable service to parents and carers, working closely with individual clients supporting them in a variety of ways to achieve their goal. Frequently this requires dealing with complex issues and many other agencies on their behalf to ensure that they are given the best advice and opportunities.”
