Craig Moran charged with child abduction

Craig Moran has been charged with child abduction in Rochdale.
Moran (18/05/85), of no fixed address, has been recalled to prison. He will appear at Manchester Magistrates’ court on 5 October 2017.

On Thursday 7 September 2017 a 17-year-old Chloe Campbell was reported missing from Rochdale. She has since been found safe and well.
