Burglars smash way into house on Woodlands Road

Burglars smashed a patio door to gain entry to a house on Woodlands Road in Milnrow on Monday (8 January).
The offenders also broke into the garage before smashing the patio door to gain entry to the property.
They searched the house before being disturbed by the residents, and are understood to have taken jewellery, an Xbox One, televisions and money.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: “Police were called just before 6pm to reports of a burglary on Woodlands Road on Monday.
“The men made off in an unknown direction.”
