Tools found in Black Rucksack on Hanover Street, Castleton
Tools have been found in a black rucksack on Hanover Street, Castleton along with a registration plate on Thursday 22 February.
Jack Lord who found the tools said: “They have all been booked into property at Rochdale Police Station at 3.00pm.
“Also, the registration plate that was with it is not linked to all this properly but is on its way back to its rightful owner.”
