Bus Service Updates - 7.30am Friday 2 March

The weather conditions are affecting bus travel in some areas of Greater Manchester today. Passengers are advised to check with the bus operator or visit their website or social media pages for the very latest information before travelling and to allow more time for their journey. The bus services below have been reported as affected (as at 0730):

First

81 (Manchester to Derker) – Terminating at Waterhead
81A (Manchester to Holts) – Terminating at Waterhead
184/X84 (Manchester to Uppermill/Huddersfield) – Terminating at Uppermill
353 (Ashton to Dobcross) Omitting Hey Fram, Delph and Micklehurst
350 (Oldham to Ashton) Mossley Road closed Ashton to Hospital. Oldham to Mossley only.
415 (Oldham to Middleton) Diverting via Broadgate in both directions

Stagecoach Manchester

221 (Manchester to Dukinfield) unable to serve Tennyson Avenue and will start from Cheetham Hill Road.
236/237 (Ashton to Glossop) Both 236/237 services are currently not able to service Shirebrook and will terminate at Shirebrook roundabout, service 237 is unable to operate it's normal route and will operate the 236 route.
375 (Stockport to Mellor)The service is operating normal route only as far as Marple Navigation. Also not able to service Half Moon Lane and Crosswaite Road.
380/381 (Stockport Marple Circular)The routes are unable to service The Ridgeway, Sunhill and Cherry Tree Estate.

High Peak

All services suspended

MCT

433 (Rochdale to Castleton) – main roads only.

Rosso

487 (Bury to Nangreaves) – service suspended.
440 (Rochdale to Syke) Not serving Syke Chapel

Stotts

343 (Hyde to Oldham) Service suspended due to closure of Huddersfield Road

Local Link

Local Link services in Logistics North, Bury and Ramsbottom, Bolton, Wythenshawe, Partington, East Manchester/Tameside, Saddleworth and Mossley, Rochdale, Kingsway, Middleton and Heywood are suspended.

Please note that East Manchester will resume from 9am and Partington and Wythenshawe from 9:30am.
