Man attacked and knocked unconscious

Exeter Court, Middleton
An engineer working in the grounds of Exeter Court, Middleton was attacked from behind and knocked unconscious at around 5:45am Monday (12 March).
He had his arm put up his back and then his head was slammed into the side of his work van.
The attacker left the area empty-handed.
Police are appealling for witnesses. Anyone with any information contact PC 09865 Slater on 0161 856 8701 or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
