Date published: 11 May 2018

Local home care provider, Heritage Healthcare Rochdale has been named as the number one Health and Social Care Provider within the Rochdale Borough and placed within the Top 20 Recommended Home Care Providers in the North West Region.

The care team provide home care and support to individuals living in the Rochdale-Bury areas, with an emphasis on encouraging service users to continue to live independently in the comfort of their own home.

The Top 20 Home Care Provider Awards highlights the most recommended home care providers in regions across the UK based on nearly 10,000 reviews from those people supported and families who use the services.

“The staff are punctual at times arranged,” said one review provided by the nephew of a care client on homecare.co.uk. “They are warm and friendly and encourage the user to converse and do not talk at them. They develop conversations that matter to the client. Also, they advise me on any issues that they notice on their visits.”

Mohammed Tariq, Heritage Healthcare Rochdale-Bury Managing Director, said: “This is absolutely amazing news. Both myself and Sue Mitchell-Dean [registered manager] are delighted that we as a team have been successful in gaining this award and it is without doubt that it has been achieved with the hard work, dedication and care of all the support team at Heritage Healthcare Rochdale-Bury.

“Our staff are a real inspiration and make such a difference to the lives of the people we support and their families – this has been evidenced through our fabulous reviews! We consider this along with our recent CQC (Care Quality Commission) report to be a real achievement with regards to the quality of our services and the bespoke nature of the care and support we provide.”
