Be aware of men in a transit van going door-to-door selling fish

Residents are being warned to be aware of men in a transit van are going door-to-door selling fish.
They are targeting the elderly, charging up to £250 by taking payment by card using a handheld device.
A Rochdale Borough Council spokesperson said: “If you see the van, make a note of the vehicle details and report it to Citizens Advice Consumer Services on 03454 040506.
"If you have any doubts – refuse to buy.”
