Churches take the fight to metal thieves

The Diocese of Manchester is tonight hosting a metal theft seminar in Rochdale to help parishes prevent the theft of lead from their church roofs.
The meeting will take place at St Martin's Church in Castleton between 7 and 8.30pm.
The seminar is part of a county wide initiative by the Diocese to prevent metal theft with further meetings scheduled for Manchester and Bolton.
